the PUK is entered, the new PIN shall be 5678 PUK

GSM module is ready

4.9.1. Remark

In the way Application to GSM, an "h" character shall be added before

the PIN value if cyphering mode (with D.E.S algorithm ) is on. See +EXPKEY

command.

Same remark for +CLCK and +CPWD commands.
